If your weight condition is not the result of poor eating habits, then your subconscious mind knows the answer and is able to create the necessary adjustments to achieve your goals. There is a universal storehouse of knowledge that is all wisdom and knows all the answers—what we need to do in alignment with the laws of what we want—and it knows how to get us there.
So again, we use our minds to accept the thoughts, ideas and pictures of a fit, healthy person at his ideal weight. This makes you “dieter” or “on a diet.” The subconscious doesn’t think or reason, it just takes orders. Those commands are your thoughts and feelings.
In other words, when you do manage to lose some weight, your core belief of being a dieter will cause you to gain weight again so you can continue to be a dieter because your subconscious mind thinks you are and wants you to.
When you are constantly criticizing and condemning your body weight, you are reinforcing what you don’t want. Your mind will perpetuate the situation because your mind thinks what you want.
