I recommend waiting 9 months before introducing soy and 12 months for wheat, dairy, nuts and citrus. For everyone else, introducing a new food each day and being aware of any reactions (eg skin rashes, eczema, runny nose, colic, diarrhea, and excessive sleepiness) will help you identify any other possible allergenic foods.
