## Virtonomics Guide – 4 Important Things You Need To Know About Work Efficiency

In this Virtonomics guide, I will walk you through one of the most important elements of Virtonomics – Work efficiency. This is, in my opinion, the most important element you must master in Virtonomics if you want to not only survive in it, but also excel in it. I will cover 4 very important topics in this article:

#1 – What is work capacity?

Work efficiency defines how efficient a subdivision is. If it is at 100%, it means the subdivision is working at 100% working efficiency; Similarly, if it is at 50%, it means that the sub-department is working at 50% efficiency only. This means that if the factory is operating at 50% efficiency, the production output is cut in half!

As you can see, if work efficiency is not properly managed for your sub-departments, it can mean the difference between a big dip in profit or loss. This is especially important because neglecting the operational efficiency of your factory production can disrupt your production chain and many retail stores down the line can be affected, and the recovery process can be disastrous as it will take a considerable amount of money. of time If you don’t have a business continuity plan, your income will definitely suffer.

Before touching on the calculation of work efficiency, allow me to explain what efficiency is in Virtonomics and how it affects our calculation.

#2 – What is eligibility and how does it affect me?

If you’re familiar with gaming, proficiency in Virtonomics can be translated into “levels”. That is, you need to gain enough experience points to ‘level up’, during which time you will be able to handle a larger production load (Manufacturing Competence), or a larger retail store (Commercial Competence). As long as the relevant track is used correctly, experience points can be gained.

In all, there are 8 abilities available for you to level up with. I will cover more on qualifications in a separate article, such as Top Manager Types 1 – 3, how to get the maximum qualification growth rate, etc., as there is a considerable amount of information out there. For now, this information is more than enough for the calculations I will cover.

#3 – How is work efficiency calculated?

First, you will need to refer to the work efficiency charts I have uploaded. Next, note that the formula for calculating the necessary qualification to establish 100% efficiency is as follows: (Employee quality required * (current employees / left column of the chart) ^ 0.5)). For example, if the minimum quality requirement of an employee is 3, how many employees can I hire to achieve 100% efficiency if my competency level is 1?

In this case: 3 * (5 / 50) ^ 0.5 = ~ Q1. You know you can hire 5 employees.

The formula may seem a little intimidating for beginners, but rest assured, you’ll get the hang of it in no time! Also, please note that the formula is derived empirically after countless attempts of experimentation. So it should not be used for real data. However, the accuracy of the formula is only about +-1% off, but has already proven very effective among the Virtonomics community. I have personally been using these calculations, and have not encountered any problems with misrepresentation of data.

#4 – Use in practical scenarios

And as you can see, aptitude plays a very important role in calculating work efficiency. If you were to hire more than 5 employees, your required qualification would be higher than Q1, which would reduce efficiency. However, sometimes a little sacrifice in work efficiency for a higher sales return can be a good thing. Regarding the previous example, if you were to expand your store and hire 10 employees instead, you would actually experience increased sales volume due to the additional customers despite the reduced work capacity! So go ahead and use the right setup for you!

Another thing to note is that the work efficiency of your office affects the work efficiency of all its subdivisions. So always pay attention to your main office!
